Our client is looking for a highly professional, self-motivated, organized, fast-learner, with superior social skills. The primary support will be for two executives: the Company’s Chief Operations Officer and General Counsel. This position will also support others in both Operations and Legal. You will interact with high level business and legal affiliates. You will serve as part of an administrative team. Primary duties include: handling high volume of incoming calls, managing two or more schedules, and coordinating travel and office functions. You will also run occasional errands, and therefore must have reliable personal transportation. You must be able to multitask and handle fast-paced situations.
Job Requirements:- 3+ years of experience assisting a top level executive
- Legal Assistant experience would be added advantage
- Experience in a financial or insurance related business preferred
- College degree preferred
- Strong language, writing and proofreading skills; ability to compose business correspondence
- Customer Service & Receptionist experience a plus
- Strong travel and company event planning skills
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is highly desirable
- Knowledge of basic office equipment (faxes, scanners, copiers)
Other Duties Include:
- Maintaining files
- Some personal errands may be required
- Greeting guest affiliates and monitoring their needs
