A leading Orange County interactive agency is looking to expand its senior programming team with a senior developer with LAMP and ActionScript experience.

They are a laid back and fun environment and are looking for team players that think outside the box, bring advanced experiences to the team, have solid technical skills, and can get passionate about developing cool internet commerce and video applications. You will work with a team to design, build, test and implement dynamic video, social networking, commerce and streaming applications. Performance, scalability, and reliability are critical... OOP methodologies are a must. 5 years of experience minimum.

Required Skills:
LAMP
Linux (install, config, maintain, clustering)
Apache (install, config, maintain)
MySQL (regular expressions, stored procedures, architecture, design, implementation, archiving)
PHP (5 is a must)
CSS/HTML/JavaScript (Expert Level)
AJAX and SOAP/XML (Expert Level)
ActionScript (AS2 minimum - custom class creation and OOP a must)
Must have great documentation skills

Search Engine optimization as it pertains to site programming

Duties:
Architect cutting edge web 2.0 and commerce applications.
Continue to develop and maintain programming methodologies and Subversion practices.
Develop troubleshooting and best practices within programming team.
Assist in recruiting and reviewing mid level programming candidates.
Work closely with Art Director and Creative Director to ensure quality of site builds per the approved graphic from the Client/Creative Department.
